Replacement of Title

Before you begin:

1. Completed an Application for Replacement or Transfer of Title (REG 227) form.

2. Gather the following information / documents:

   • Your driver’s license or identification card.
   • The your vehicle identification number (VIN) or hull identification number (HIN) for a vessel/boat.
   • The vehicle license plate number.
